To become a member for one year:

Fill out this form and click the Submit button (this will create a printable page).
Print the application and waiver agreement on the printable page.
Sign the waiver (all members must sign).
Mail a check or money order made out to SFCC for $20/$25 (no cash please) and the application & waiver to:
